It is my first time on the Clubvibes Music Store. How do I buy songs?
- Click the play button beside songs that you want to hear and they will play.
- When you find a song you like click the 'BUY' button beside the song and it will add that song to your 'crate', which is your shopping cart.
- Once you have found a bunch of songs that you like, press the 'Check Out' button under your Crate.
- Select your method of payment. (Credit Card or PayPal)
- Enter your payment info.
Once your info is approved you will get a receipt for your sale emailed to you and you will be taken to an area in your account where you can download your songs.

When you click on the top download button you will be taken to a page that will show the all time top downloads. From here you can select your genre to see what the all time top Trance or Drum & Bass downloads are.
DJ Charts
Industry pros and big name DJs recommend tracks that they love and play out.

This feature will help you find similar songs of the same sub-genre that are also good.
New Releases for every genre
When you go to the genre page you will be shown the most 6 recent releases and if you click on "View all music from this genre" you will be shown all of the latest releaser listed by their release dates.
Browse by label
A complete list of the labels for sale on our store. If you like a song that you hear, usually the label that it is released under will have other similar sounding songs that you may like.
Browse by artist
A complete list of the artists who's work is for sale on our store. If you like a song that you hear, usually the artist produced the track will have other similar sounding songs that you may like.
Featured releases and labels on the front page and genre pages
These are generally the hottest and newest releases on our store. These always sell like wildfire!

All prices on this website are in US Dollars.
Why should I buy tracks here over the other stores?

We are here for the producers, DJs and record labels and we base our success on the success of our label partners.
Where are the newest songs?
All of the new releases on each of the genre pages to make it easier for you to find the type of new release you are looking for. If you are looking for new House releases click House on the top 'genre menu'. At the top and at the bottom of this page you will see a link that says 'view all music from this genre'. Under where it says 'House' there is a pull-down menu that says "View tracks released in the past" and you can choose the last 7, 14, or 30 days. This will display all of the new releases under that genre for the given time period.
When is the website updated with new releases?
There is always a large amount of songs released on Thursdays and Fridays but we have new hot releases on a daily basis. Check back every day!
Is downloading music from this site legal?
Yes. We have distribution agreements with all of the labels found on our site or their chosen distributor.
Can I share the music I buy?
Definitely not, sharing copywritten content is illegal and will kill the music we love. Ask your friends to buy their own, it isn't expensive. Anyone found distributing, sharing or copying our MP3 files will have their account suspended and face prosecution by the relevant authorities. By paying the small download price you are supporting the artists and record labels, this enables them to keep providing new music. Piracy will not be tolerated.
What quality are the songs on this store?
Song downloads (with release date of 2006 and newer) are MP3's encoded at 320 kbps. All previous release date full MP3's are encoded at 256 kbps.
What currency are the prices?
All prices on this store are in US Dollars.
How is my credit card information protected?
The security of all your personal information, especially your credit card information, is of the utmost importance to us. When you place an order, your card information is immediately transmitted to our card processor via secure online transmission. Once your card is charged all sensitive billing information is destroyed. For more info on security of your personal information please see our privacy policy.
Why was my Credit Card/information denied?
As long as you are using a credit card that isn't canceled or fraudulent the transaction usually gets denied because you entered some of your information incorrectly. More often than not it will be the 'Issuing Bank' field that is incorrect. This piece of information is used to help verify your credit card. The issuing bank can be found on the back of your credit card. For example: if the back of the card reads "THIS CARD IS THE PROPERTY OF AND ISSUED BY ROYAL BANK OF CANADA...", enter "Royal Bank of Canada" in the Issuing Bank field. If you write "RBC Royal Bank" or even "Royal Bank" the transaction will be rejected so please make sure to check your Issuing Bank's full name.
If your transaction still does not go through check all of the information that you entered and try again.
If your information gets rejected again please contact us immediately and we will walk you through the process and/or tell you what the problem is.
I am an individual unsigned artist and I would like to get my music on your store. Is this possible?
We only accept music from labels. If you want your music on this store, shop your music out to some of the labels that we have on our store that fit your sound and/or create your own label to release your music under.
How do I get my label on the Clubvibes Music Store?

I purchased the wrong track, can I get a refund?
No. You should check the tracks listed in your crate before completing the payment process.
Why are songs different prices?
This is the individual label's choice. We give our labels the freedom to price the tracks they release however they choose.
Why can't I purchase certain songs?
Because you live in a geographical region of the world where this song or album is not allowed to be sold because another label has the right to sell it there.
What if my download gets interrupted or canceled?
Your download will be available for 24 hrs after time of purchase. Simply resume your download when your connection returns to normal.
I can't find a track that I want, what should I do?
If you are looking for a specific title that is unavailable from our site please contact us so we can try to obtain it for you.
How can I get my own DJ/Producer chart?
Contact us and give us a brief write-up about who you are, what you do and how you will promote your chart.
